1. Accepting These Terms

  • By creating an account or using Tactical Ready, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

3. Free Trial

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • When the trial ends, you can keep using the free features or subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly through PayPal at the prices shown on the pricing page.
  • Your plan activates automatically after payment, matched to your account using the email address on your PayPal account. Make sure your PayPal email matches the email on your Tactical Ready account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel any time from your PayPal account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

  • Tactical Ready provides fitness, nutrition, and readiness information generated by software and AI models. It is not medical, nutritional, psychological, or fitness advice.
  • Nutrition estimates are approximations. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any diet, exercise program, or making decisions that affect your health, job performance, or safety.
  • You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for your own training and dietary decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the app to violate any law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the app.
  • You may not share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The app, its design, and its content are owned by Tactical Ready and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Your logged data remains yours.

8. Service Availability

  • We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
  • The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactical Ready is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
