Account information: your name and email address when you register.
Health and fitness data you choose to log, such as food logs, workout logs, readiness scores, and nutrition goals.
Meal photos you upload for AI-powered nutrition analysis. Photos are stored privately and are only used to estimate the nutrition content of the meal.
Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. We receive your PayPal email address so we can activate the plan you purchased.
Usage information: we use analytics to understand how the app is used, such as how often foods are logged. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

To provide your account, your logs, your goals, and your subscription plan.
To analyze meals you photograph and generate nutrition estimates and recommendations.
To activate, manage, and support your subscription.
To improve the app, fix problems, and understand which features are useful.

When you scan a meal photo, the image is sent to an AI service to estimate calories and macronutrients. Estimates are approximations and may be inaccurate.
Recommendations generated by the app (meal suggestions, readiness analytics) are informational only and are not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions that affect your health or safety.

We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the service providers that run the app: hosting, payment processing (PayPal), and AI analysis services, each acting on our instructions to perform their function.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Your logs and account data are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual entries at any time from within the app.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us through the Contact page.
You can request a copy of your data at any time through the Contact page.

Access to your logs is restricted to you and app administrators. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
